The 2007 tariff is listed below.

ALL ELECTRICITY AND FUEL INCLUDED - LINEN EXCLUDED.

Weekend lets are available at certain times of the year and to be paid for in full with the booking order. Saturday is is the normal change date in season, but other dates will be considered, especially out of season. At the end of your visit you will be expected to leave the property clean and tidy.
If you wish to have the cleaning work carried out for you, please confirm this at the time of your booking. Costs - Brinkywell £30 ; Brinkyelm £25.

INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to take holiday insurance to cover cancellation. A refund
will not be given unless a new booking is made, and a handling charge incurred.
